Order Processing:

 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Policy: 

 

Processing Time
Every product is made to order. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days to create your item before shipping.

Shipping Times - 3-7 business days after fulfillment

• Note: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.

Tracking - Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Wrong Address - Please double-check your shipping details. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

 

Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size choice

• Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)

• General dissatisfaction without a defect

 

Returns/Refunds Are Accepted If:

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

• The wrong item was sent

• The order is lost in transit

 

What to Do:

1. Contact us at support@holywarapparel.com within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages).

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Please Note: Due to a number of false claims, Holy War reserves the right to reject any claims made. Holy War Apparel will exercise fair judgement when evaluating each refund request. Since we do not hold inventory on hand, and make each order to print, each refund will be at Holy War expense but will gladly do so if misprints or damages occur. Our priority is customer satisfaction.
